Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: Oct 24th, 2023

Thank you for choosing to our services! We are certain that we will delight you with the quality of our work, our commitment to your success, and ongoing dedication to ensure that we are capturing an authentic reflection of who you are, your vision and what you offer. From time to time however, there may be a 'miss-alignment' between our mutual understanding of each other. In such cases we want to ensure it is as easeful and as smooth as possible for us to part ways, no hard feelings at all!

1. Timeframe:

Within 72  hours before our first call together - You are free to cancel your engagement with us and receive a 100% refund of any and all fees received by us, at the time you cancel your engagement. No questions asked, no need to rationalize, explain or justify your decision. We are happy to have had an opportunity to connect with you initally.

Within 48  hours following our first call together - You are free to cancel your engagement with us and receive an 80% refund of any and all fees received by us at the time you cancel your engagement. We'll retain 20% of the fees paid to date, to cover the time we will have already begun to invest in our work on your behalf. No further invoices will be issued.

 

Within 2 weeks following our first call together - We will happily refund 50% of any and all fees received by us at this time. The remaining fees that we will retain will cover the investment we've made in reviewing your background details, personal story, any industry or market research that we would have become deeply immersed in by this time. No further invoices will be issued.

 

Within 4 weeks following our first call together - We are happy to put our work together on hold and resume at a time that is better for you. No further invoices will be issued until you resume your work with us.

 2. How to notify us of your decision:

Please send an email to support@brandalchemy.ca, and while not necessary, if you feel comfortable sharing any details surrounding your decision, we'd love to understand if there is anything that we need to do to improve our services, communication and delivery of our services.
